Aqua Therapy – A combination of stretching, aerobics, and water jet massage in our heated Vitality Pool.
Balinese Culture – Create your own offering basket( “canang” ) and discover more about this unique reitaulistic daily offering made by every Balinese women.
Core Connection – 30 Minute Pilates-based class focused on core strengthening, toning, stretching and awareness of the key-muscles that make up our core.
Estate Walk – A guided leisurely walk around the Estate on the Estate’s scenic-rich nature path.
Estate Yoga -This class is designed to develop balance, build strength and increase flexibility with an emphasis on self-awareness and the breath; beginner-intermediate.
Guide to Yoga Styles – A look at different styles of yoga and which suits your needs best.
Healing Power of Water – An exploration of the crucial role of water in the body and therapeutic strategies for optimizing it’s power.
Juice Class – An interactive demonstration showing how to make two of our Signature juices.
Jungle Gym Circuit Training – Outdoor interval training combining dynamic balance, strength, agility, coordination and cardio conditioning. Meet at Activity Office.
Optimizing Energy – Nutrition and lifestyle strategies for preventing and overcoming stress and fatigue.
Pilates Mat Class – A matwork class focusing on introducing and deepening Pilates principles to ensure quality of movement at all levels.
Pranayama Meditation – The class introduces yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) and prepares the body and mind to receive the benefits of meditation.
Qigong – A Chinese based practice with Tai Chi like movements for aligning breath, movement, healing, and meditation.
Restorative Yoga -Restorative postures are held for longer periods of time with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks), allowing the muscles to relax deeply.
Rock Climbing – Introduction to Top Rope climbing using an outdoor rock climbing wall. Meet at Activity Office.
Roll & Flow – A combination of flowing stretch movements and foam rolling focused on regenerating muscles and releasing tight tissue to help re-establish alignment.
Secrets to Longevity – Discover the system of health and healing used in ancient China and much of Asia.
Yoga Flow – A series of smoothly flowing poses that re-energizes your body, intermediate level.
Please arrive 5mins before the scheduled start time.
As a courtesy to other guests you may not be allowed to join a class if you are more than 15mins late or if the class is over subscribed.
Wear suitable attire for indoor and outdoor activities. Wear sun protection for outdoor activities.
If you are pregnant, please inform the teacher about your special needs and experiences.
All classes are delivered with a group dynamic in mind. For more personal direction, please book a private session with our teachers.
The personal direction and feedback you receive from a private class will assist your progression our group classes.
