11 days of sun, sea, yoga, relaxation, meditation, pranayama, chakra balancing, Ayurvedic treatments, great food, a glass or two of wine, a sunset cocktail, non-alcoholic if you prefer (the choice is yours). Above all lots of fun and laughter with likeminded people.

Each day there will be a choice of power or more gentle hatha yoga, depending on how your body is feeling. There will be at least 2 classes each day taking place on one of the 2 yoga platforms or on the beautiful beach just outside of your luxury accommodation.

This whole holiday is completely your choice. You can either book your own flights and transfers or we will do absolutely everything for you, book your flights, transfers and even arrange your visas.

Yoga and Meditation Retreat with Zoe Dave and Ellie

Zoe, David and Ellie are warm and caring yoga teachers who have a wealth of experience in Yoga and Fitness. They will guide and challenge you at a level suitable to your needs.

Treating you with care and respect, there will be asserted hands on adjustments to help you deepen your asana and correct alignment.

The 10-day Yoga Retreat will be held on a quiet and secluded part of Ashvem Beach Goa, nestled amidst coconut palm trees and lush plantations.
Each day will start with Pranayama followed by a blend of energising Yoga in the morning. Afternoon sessions will be designed around different, workshops and group sessions including educational talks, breath work, inversions, arm balance, Restorative Yoga and Mediation.
There will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy the amazing massages.
This retreat is not just for those, who already have a regular yoga practice, but also for those who have just begun their yoga journey and wants to include this meditative and rejuvenates practice into his or her lives.
With so much stress in our lives today, we will work together, helping you to maintain peace and calm on your life’s journey, through this gentle yet powerful practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation. Giving you health and wellbeing.

Suzie Shpaizer Retreat


Join me and my fabulous friend and fellow yoga teacher Deborah Stanley for some warming winter sunshine on the glorious beaches of Goa. Think fabulous daily yoga, soft sandy beaches, amazing Ayurvedic treatments, sunsets with a sundowner in your hand and you’ll start to get the picture!

I began my yoga teacher training with Ruth White, herself a student of Iyengar, and qualified in 2004. Since then I’ve studied (and continue to study) with yoga teachers from around the world. They’ve each influenced and enhanced my practice to shape the style of yoga I teach today – an integration of alignment, breathing techniques and mindful movement with the fun and creative sequencing of vinyasa flow.

And if you’re interested in my qualifications, here they are: Yoga Alliance Registered School RYT500, Foundation in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Anusara Immersion Course. I’m certified by the International Yoga Teachers Association and regularly teach around the UK, Europe and India.
