Dining

At Anahata, we believe that food encompasses all the elements and steps that an artist follows to invent his art: passion, love and creativity. Inspired by the energy that comes out of a kitchen and the emotions that food evokes to each of us, we named our restaurant l’Atelier, the “workshop”. The open kitchen allows the guest to overlook the meal preparation and watch the chefs at work. Witness them combining the freshest of ingredients with the folklore of local flavours and make l’Atelier become part of your travel memories. Set overlooking the Arabian sea, enjoy our laid-back atmosphere any time of the day. L’Atelier will always have something to satisfy your palate: enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner on our beachfront elevated restaurant-lounge or at our Al-fresco Restaurant. Sit back, relax and relish a refreshing beverage while you sunbathe on the beach. You will love the taste of the freshness of our ingredients and will enjoy discovering our original recipes.

Our Team

Indeed, this year we bring you something brand new to tantalize your senses. We have collaborated with the Delhi based team of Chef Julia Desa, Chef Jatin Mallick, and restaurateur and food lover, Vidur Parashar. The three of them together, along with our team, bring a freshness to this part of Goa that has not yet been seen.

We have brought on board the very talented Chef Gracian D’Souza, who has lived and worked in Bombay all his life, but is however from Goa itself. Wanting to come back to his roots, so to speak, Chef Gracian will be the key member of our team, and driving force behind L’atelier.

Chef Julia Desa, who is also Goan, has lived all over the world, honing and mastering her culinary talent. She has been in the industry for over 35 years, and is by far, the jewel in our crown.

Chef Jatin Mallick has also lived and travelled the world in pursuit of his love for food, cooking at some of the best restaurants during the course of his travels. Jatin has been in the industry for 20 years, and is definitely the glue that binds us together.

Vidur Parashar is someone who has lived on 3 different continents, eating at some of the finest restaurants in the world. His passion for food, and more importantly, his love of feeding people, made him open his first restaurant 8 years ago.

The food has been very carefully curated at L’Atelier, by all involved, so as to ensure that every guest that dines with us, has a feeling of exemplary satisfaction. We want to take you on a journey through the world with our flavours,

We call ourselves an All Day Cafe, serving you Global Gourmet food.

A sample of our offerings are a stunning breakfast spread, pizzas from our brand new wood fired pizza oven, gourmet burgers, cubanos, seafood and meat grills with local and international flavours, and on the go food for our beach dwellers from our take away window on the beach! We also are curating a stunning bar menu, with fantastic cocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and delicious shakes!
